Firstly, this Salon had 3 opportunities to tell me a 6:15 appointment was too late for a cut and balayage (when they called to say I needed a compulsory patch test, when I then called to reschedule the appointment for a week later to get the patch test, and when I popped in for the patch test), however it wasn’t till 10am the day of the appointment that I was called and asked to come in at 5.
When I did come in - it took around 25 minutes before the hair dresser came over for a consultation, and another 45 minutes before I was offered a hot drink.
The colour itself - was way off what I was looking for, although I showed photos. And I was up-sold a full head, and toner which added on £50.
The hair dresser herself was lovely, but very clearly overworked and knackered.
Disappointed switching to this salon, was not good value - will be booking an appointment elsewhere for colour correction.
