There was internal goof up with the appointments, as they couldn’t locate me and my friends on the their system. Appointment started late and the staff was completely unapologetic for their own internal double bookings. We ended up waiting for an hr to start. Manicure i got few cuts on my fingers due ti cuticle/dead skin cleaning which i suppose might be extreme.
