Absolutely love their services! Very nice, clean and gentle.
Just one thing I would update is the punctuality on times, I booked for 10.30 with a specific therapist but I had to wait until 11 because it was the only time available and with another therapist for nails. She was anyway amazing! Thanks again.

The salon had to move my appointment an hour later due to a member of staff being ill. I had to wait a further 20 minutes once I arrived due to them running late and I wasn't offered a drink at any point.
I explained what I wanted for my hair but the end result was not as expected.
