I booked an appointment for my hair to be curled with straighteners. I warned the stylist that my hair drops quickly so asked for tight curls that I'd then comb my fingers through before I was ready to go out. She did not listen to this & combed while I was still in the salon. This caused my hair to be pretty much flat 10 mins after leaving. She meant well but it meant a complete waste of money for me & when I contacted the salon to share my dissatisfaction, I didn't even get an acknowledgement.

Booked online and the salon changed my appointment on the day to a time I couldn’t make and did not reply when I informed them of this. Lashes looked good when I left but were mostly done using cluster lashes rather than individuals so have not lasted as long as others. Ok but not great.
