- She damaged my hair badly - Nilmi said from the very start that she had no time, and that she was not given a lunch break all day. - charged £80 extra, only because I refused to pay the £150 extra which was asked for at the start
- despite paying extra the treatment was rushed and after I left and washed my hair a few days later I realised my hair was left extremely damaged 💔 - top of my roots are a different colour to rest of my hair - inside too of my hair left brassy - refused to blow dry

Had blonde balayage on natural black hair. Nilmi did a fantastic job in giving me a dimensional balayage. I will come back again for a full on back to back foil balayage since we cannot achieve that this time around. But she did a great job!
