I am very disappointed with my last visit here. I booked an appointment more than two weeks in advance with Hava, and when I arrived, they switched me to a different stylist without informing me in advance. When I asked about the stylist I originally booked, I was told she wasn’t available even though I could see her in the salon and she wasn’t with a client.
I had already paid, so I felt I had no choice but to continue with a different stylist.
