Very good value for central London but I did have to wait almost 20 minutes. The salon were able to get me another hairdresser but it could have been dealt with more quickly.

I book the same treatment as the first time I came - even the previous stylist noted the exact treatment she did under my name. So when I asked to do the same, the new stylist got pissed at me that the treatment I rebooked was actually a different service. The entire time she was not just rude but a bully as if it was my fault..
I know this is the cheapest place but I promise you it SO not worth the poor quality and harassment.. they're probably too overworked than anything tbh but its so bad
