Treatment was great. Unfortunately they insisted on us paying again for the treatment and contact head office to sort out the Treatwell payment. Head office don’t have a phone number and emails go unresponded!!! Feel cheated as no way to claim a refund!!! Live True Soho absolve themselves of any responsibility….
Warning don’t be focused to pay again even if they make a scene and treat you like a thief!!! Stand your ground

I got a haircut and blowdry. The haircut was fine but I was really disappointed with the blowdry. I asked for volume and a bouncy blowdry, but it was rough dried completely and then he spent 5mins using the round brush to add volume.
