Arrived and was informed that Glenesa was running 1.5 hours late and wouldn’t have time for appointment. Hair cut by Chris. Cut isn’t great - didn’t understand my hair texture and left with frizzy hair.

Sophia did a fabulous Keratin Brazilian Blow Dry! My hair looks incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy, and the results exceeded my expectations. She was also very nice and kind, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
