Asked for a trim and refresh of my layers, got more of a jellyfish cut. Looks like I have a super short bob from the front now. Reached out to Live True to ask them to fix it before leaving a review. They never came back to me.

I had such a great experience with Sofia Svecla (Sophia) today! She was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, explaining everything along the way and really taking the time to tailor my toner perfectly to my hair. It feels so soft and nourished - exactly what I asked for. The cut is beautiful too! She’s clearly very experienced and passionate about what she does. Super friendly, professional and made the entire experience wonderful - would highly recommend!

Insufficient communication: great consult, but no checking in or asking questions during the cut. The result is it was significantly shorter than had been discussed and I was comfortable with. It is a technically good cut, but doesn’t fit with my identity or what’s “living true” to me. I would have rebooked regardless, except for the fact that when I expressed this, I wasn’t listened to and instead felt I had to reassure & comfort the stylist. Very likeable, but not enough collaboration
