Really upset :/ Braided hair but done too tight which caused scalp sores and bleeding the next day.. a week later still no one has gotten back to me via customer service email. Also still have scalp pain, sores and bleeding till this day. Hair has fallen out too due to being cut? Thought she was cutting the synthetic hair in the braid but it was my real hair.. I’m very disappointed and sad this has happened ): not worth all the money I paid for to have damaged hair now and scalp sores ):

First time going to Live True and was really pleased with the balayage + blowdry. Emily was absolutely fabulous, super friendly and knowledgeable. She had some great tips about what to go for, and the balayage result was exactly like the picture I showed her. Emily always checked in to make sure I had teas/coffees/water as the balayage took about 3 hours in total. The venue was really clean and all the staff were so welcoming. Would definitely recommend :)
