Appointment rescheduled twice with very little notice. Came to the salon for the third rescheduling and the stylist didn’t show despite calling to confirm the appointment beforehand. Shame as it’s meant to be a good salon but service is poor

I have never been so happy with a cut and colour.. Mike is the absolute best!!! The salon also has a really good vibe with lots of friendly, talented people. Can’t wait to come back 🤩

Emily was so lovely and listened to exactly what I had in mind. She was really attentive throughout and answered all of my questions about things I could do with my hair in future. I have booked a colour appointment with her as well because it was such a lovely experience.
