Very vanilla experience all in all.
The receptionist told me it would be £30 for a toner when I went in for a patch test (which I find overly expensive but whatever) however, when I actually went to pay on the day it was £45. When questioned apparently “she had to use extra on my hair”.. Not one to complain but £45 just for a toner is wild.

The best haircut experience I’ve had! Often going to the hairdressers can be awkward but I felt so welcome straight away. My haircut looks amazing, I’m so happy with the result! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, I’ll definitely go back there! Wouldn’t trust anyone else
