I think this branch of live true is going downhill! It was a bit of a mess, trolleys everywhere, broken drawers and furniture downstairs, not very well maintained. I didn't even know the name of my hairdresser, and she didn't tell me or talk to me at all. I also didn't get offered a drink (which I always have done in the past). I had to ask my hairdresser to change the haircut twice but by the end I was happy with it. Might be changing salons next time!
Booked a last minute cut and blow dry with Emily. She really listened to what I wanted and advised me on what my hair needed, and how to style it moving forward. She’s really lovely, would definitely recommend!
Very vanilla experience all in all.
The receptionist told me it would be £30 for a toner when I went in for a patch test (which I find overly expensive but whatever) however, when I actually went to pay on the day it was £45. When questioned apparently “she had to use extra on my hair”.. Not one to complain but £45 just for a toner is wild.
