This is a lovely salon. I was kept waiting for quite a while both in the waiting area and then again at the wash basins. But once Emily got to work it all went very smoothly

A bit of a frustrating experience. I explained several times what I wanted (long layers because when my hair dries naturally it curls at the layers in a vintage style) and I got a straight cut with the sim of “softness and texture” - which had nothing to do with what I asked for. At the end I eventually managed to get a few long layers but it was clear that the hairdresser didn’t care about what I wanted and just wanted to project their idea of a good haircut.

Claudia was absolutely horrid. She reduced me to tears and I would rather not have my hair done at all than ever repeat the displeasure of being in her vicinity again. I truly hope she’s removed.
