Ciprian was absolutely great! He listened carefully and explained the process to me thoroughly, my hair looks great and exactly how I wanted it to be, the haircut and the Brazilian blowdry results are amazing! I have naturally curly/thick hair and I’ve tried many salons in the past where the Brazilian blowdry was never enough for my hair pattern, but Ciprian totally changed the game and it’s so refreshing to have found somebody that can take care of thicker hair! Thank you so much I will be back!

I have booked a Glossing appointment and paid for it £36, I came all the way to the city centre to find out that I will be charged £360 instead. I had to cancel right away as it's just a toner, not even proper colouring. I find it ridiculous to charge 10x more... It ruined my day.

I arrived early to my appointment and was greeted straight away. When it came to the first stylist, he said I’d need to pay an extra £50 due to my thick, long curly hair. When booking, there is only one fixed price for a blow dry and the guy said it’s up to the salon to decide if they will want to charge you more. However, Natalie kindly accepted to do my hair and was friendly and nice about what had happened. She did it quickly and the result was great. She made my experience so much better!
