My hair wasn’t washed properly, it’s itchy this morning. Sophie was speaking to someone else in another language when washing my hair. Not a nice start. I asked multiple times- please do not use hair thinners and despite this Sophie forced to use it. I was not happy. My hair is pointy at the bottom, which I really hate and hair thinners damage your hair. Also cut my hair shorter than what I asked which is very frustrating. Very disappointed.

I’ve been in London for so long and never found the right hairdresser at a reasonable price. Today I went to Live True London Soho and I was treated really kindly and quickly. Sophia was great, and she gave me some recommendations too. Curtain bangs, blowout, and a haircut with some tea were great.
