Good haircut experience, listened to what I wanted and gave advice according to the style I was looking for. However, I the face framing I asked for had been cut unevenly and roughly, and one side did not blend as well into the rest of my hair :(

Booked one of their promoted flash sales and the stylist didn’t show up for the appointment, leaving me in a huge bind an hour before my graduation. I was told they suggest you call before a booking, which was not possible given the salon was closed
