The salon was extremely busy but it felt like a non personal experience and extremely rushed. The stylist did not speak to me and did not take the time to listen to what I wanted. I will not go back and feel as though I didn’t get me moneys worth.

The venue cancelled on me at the last minute before my appointment. I needed a haircut and blow dry for an event. Treatwell customer number doesn't work. And they haventstill refunded me . Poor service both from treatwell and their partner

There were trash bags in the room where I was getting my nails done which smelled. The manicure was not that neat. Will not be coming back.

I was booked with Glenesa but received a haircut by a man, didn’t get his name. I showed him a picture of myself with the haircut I wanted and he went so much shorter, chopped in layers I didn’t ask for and thinned out my hair when I asked for a blunt bob cut.
