Great haircut and I’m so pleased with how my hair turned out! I would say the experience in the salon could have been more elevated, it seemed a little chaotic and could have been a bit cleaner but overall pleased, especially at such a good price.

Good salon and Melissa was great. I was very happy with the colour and the blow dry. My only critique would be that they had overbooked and I had to wait 30 mins post toner treatment for her to blow dry someone else’s hair.

Hairdresser was good but didn't cut how I'd asked or expressed that she wasn't able to for any reason. Didn't ask me if I was happy before blow drying so I didn't speak up until it was too late to remedy. Paid in advance so felt a bit trapped. Returned the following morning to then be told by another stylist that I couldn't have the cut I wanted because of how my hair had been cut previously. Appreciated the attempts to improve my experience but would have rather been told before the original cut
