End result was good, but it felt quite rushed and she really pulled quite hard on my hair which isn’t something I’ve experienced before. Additionally I wasn’t told I had to pay for toner at the end which I wasn’t asked about

I’ve been here a few times and always had a great experience but on this occasion I felt quite disappointed. Lots of extras were added on and the result is okay. My stylist was really nice though.
