Lovely wash and blow with fab beach curls that lasted

The female stylist I specifically booked had called in sick and so I got my cut by male stylist Alfie. Possibly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Rough cold hair wash, towel fell off my head and stylist didn’t bother to fix this leaving my wet hair on my top. I asked for long face framing layers and got the most uneven SHORT front layer. Some strands are so short and look so choppy. When I asked the stylist about this, I got told in a patronising way this was just ‘feathering’. AVOID

Had a terrible allergic reaction to the products used. My scalp, ears & neck are red & itchy. Also the stylist was sick (by her own admission) and coughing. she was lovely, but in these post-Covid times Live True should not make sick staff work & also wear masks !!
