I wish I could say I had a good overall experience but unfortunately both times I went there I left extremely unsatisfied. The first time I went for a balayage and my hair, which is fine btw, was severely over processed and literally melted. I was left with an awful chemical cut and a really bad colour. Had to chop half my hair off to minimize the damage. Second time went for highlights and my hair is now light at the top and orange from the middle down. :(

worst haircut i’ve ever received. was treated terribly, i’m assuming because i booked with an offer. the hairdresser barely spoke english and it was clear she wasn’t understanding what i wanted. the end result confirmed that. i explained i wanted to keep my hair long and thick and she proceeded to chop shoulder length layers and went in with thinning shears. i’m so disappointed as it took me forever to grow out my hair and with my wedding at the end of the year it’s another stress i didn’t need.
