Colour was carefully discussed and applied and agreed to an additional treatment to improve condition but right at the last minute he blow dried my har straight which I can't stand, and especially as it is so fragile a the moment causes long term problems. He said that the light scrunch dry was an additional treatment and that pulling it straight was included. This has never been the case before and was not made clear to me. Such a shame as my curles have not fully recovered.

Ok but left a little disappointed. Used this chain before and I expected more. My stylist was nearly 20 mins late starting my cut which would have been fine if my appointment wasn't rushed. The stylist washed my hair in 5 mins flat - single shampoo, conditioner was rinsed out immediately and no scalp massage. The water was cold until I said something. Cut was ok, seemed like minimal effort and the stylist finished quickly so her colleague could wash her hair for her. Not the greatest experience
