Decent haircut, was very efficient but could have taken time to clean up the edges with clippers rather than being quite so quick. Overall happy with my cut.

I booked for a SENIOR stylist but ended up getting a stylist. disappointing as I paid more for this. Cut was great but no massage during wash - it's the little things that make the overall experience

My stylist was not Alex, sadly she cut my hair 3 inches shorter despite us agreeing on 1, she also wouldn’t cut my fringe how I liked, and I wasn’t able to speak up as she had me take my glasses off meaning I didn’t realise until it was done.
