I asked for a full colour tint to mach my roots which were a medium/dark brown but instead left with black hair. There were some patches of my original colour though where the stylist has missed bits.
My boss asked if I was going to a heavy metal concert and my friend said I looked like Morticia Addams.
I've contacted the salon to ask for a resolution that both parties can agree on but they just keep sending template responses back which is incredibly annoying.
