Ok but left a little disappointed. Used this chain before and I expected more. My stylist was nearly 20 mins late starting my cut which would have been fine if my appointment wasn't rushed. The stylist washed my hair in 5 mins flat - single shampoo, conditioner was rinsed out immediately and no scalp massage. The water was cold until I said something. Cut was ok, seemed like minimal effort and the stylist finished quickly so her colleague could wash her hair for her. Not the greatest experience
