The stylist was 20 mins late and no one bothered to let me know. Neck and top of my top got very wet during the shampoo. Filthy salon. Employees smoking just in front of the entrance. Viviane was quite nice and I’m fairly happy with be cut.

Terrible experience!40min delay!To be seen by somebody else(wasn’t Vivian but guy from Clapham salon),I specifically booked with senior stylist but seen by someone with 3 years experience, didn’t feel senior at all.
I thoroughly discussed and showed him picture of what I want to be assured this can be done. My haircut is nowhere near what I wanted, half the hair thin out! Receptionist promised to forward my complaint but he didn’t!I contacted customer care, few days ago,still not solved! Avoid
