Not a great atmosphere, people just do their things and pay hardly attention to the customer. It was Friday evening and the salon was empty. I showed a picture of the desired cut (extremely simple), left with a different one and much shorter. Don’t recommend and won’t go back, look forward to when my hair will grow back to find a salon to regularise the cut

Appointment didn't take place because it was not available. I asked if they could cancel on their end and was told they could not (this is the correct procedure). I have been charged and now the onus is on me to recuperate the refund via Treatwell.

Great value! Nice salon, lovely hairdresser. Pleased with my trim! Had some technical issues with my booking but popped in and the team were very nice and sorted it for me. Would definitely return.
