The salon was peaceful and Melissa listened and cut carefully. She was fine about me not wanting my hair blow dried - this is hard to get through to hairdressers.The issue was my hair was left too long at the front around my eyes which gave a funny shape and didn't go with the back - as the front is the most annoying and damaged part of my hair this didn't make much sense. Overall it is healthier and stronger for the cut. I should have been more observant and asked her to adjust the front.

Erica is lovely, salon is a little unorganised as I was asked to change chairs multiple times in the beginning but it was a good experience for the price.
