Very disappointed. I was booked to do a colour last Saturday and then they told me the hair dresser wasn’t in. I was rescheduled to Monday and when we finally came to it, the charges were much higher ( triple) than Treatwell’s booking for a balayage. The fringe came out way too light, they couldn’t fix it that evening and the was offered a slot 4 days later on Thursday evening. My slot was again given to someone else twice and now I’m going to a family event and holiday with terrible hair.

Blow dry itself was great- it’s held for a good few days. The main annoyance for me was they charged me an extra £15 for having thicker natural curly hair. I booked this place because it was initially cheaper than my usual hair dressers which didn’t end up being the case. I could have gone to a much nice salon for the same cost without any extra charges
