i have naturally black curly hair and asked for a brunette balyage and showed pictures of what i wanted it to look like. I ended up with streaky coppery blonde, sparse highlights. I was not consulted on what colour was being put into my hair, normally when i go to a hair salon, they let me pick it out so I can anticipate the final result. there were barely any foils put in, when I asked for more, I was told it was too late and that I would have to book another appointment.complete waste of mony
