It wasn't the best experience. I got told 1 hour before my appointment that the stylist has called in sick and I was being served by someone else. The balayage itself was great. But the stylist added on extra charges for things I didn't need and there was NO communication at all to let me know. I ended up paying almost £100 in addition to my original treatment. I'm now in dispute with the salon to get a refund and they have avoided answering my queries in full. Hidden extra charges, beware.
