Booking in Treatwell:
Discrimination Based on Booking Platform: I was told that since I booked via Treatwell, no compensation or alternative could be offered. This suggests that clients booking through third-party platforms are valued less, which is unacceptable.
Discounted Booking Misconception: It was mentioned that the time I chose was already discounted, insinuating that this justified the poor service. The discounted rate should not correlate with a diminished quality of service or respect
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Inspo images provided, colour consult attended, virgin hair, very clear - no blonde, this should have been a BREEZE. Instead, I left with streaky, 90s boyband blonde highlights, lopsided layers and a 'finish' my binman could have done better. To add insult to injury, they offered to "fix" it—for an additional fee. Emails to 'customer care' ignored of 2 weeks.
lovely lady, very personable and knowledgeable. haircut looked good at the time but when I got home and washed it a few bits had been missed and the cut was wonky
