Excellent service by Daisy. Since the hairdresser I used to visit emigrated I've found it difficult to find a new one that's able to turn my hair blonde without it turning grey or lilac due to the toner. Daisy was meticulous! My hair was impeccable.

Unauthorized Additional Treatment for My Mother:
Miscommunication: A staff member told my mother, "Your daughter told me you want a treatment," which was untrue. When questioned, she claimed to have overheard something at the reception, which was a misunderstanding.
Lack of Clarity: My mother was told about an additional treatment priced at £24. Feeling confused, especially after being told I had requested it for her, she agreed. This seems like a tactic to upsell services without clear consent
