I book a toner + hair cut and blow dry appointment, I love Live True they get me, they get the right color, it is quick and efficient., but this time Andrei was super busy (don't know why he had to be away for so long) The toner was left for 50mn, the colour was way too dark, and the whole appointment took 2 hours instead of one. I am not sure I will be back. I felt like I wasted £100
