Emily was so lovely, attentive, she was careful and gentle and gave a great blow dry and hair cut. She really gave exceptional customer service and I would definitely come back to have my hair done with her!

Haidresser was very nice and patient.
But got charged an additional £100 on top of the £130 I had already paid. Reason was that I have a lot of hair and it's quite thick so I got charge twice for toner + for extra time.
That should have been mentioned when I came for my patch test or I should have been given a proper quote when I arrived at the salon. I don't think people with thin hair pay less if they take this deal so it doesn't seem fair.
Very disappointed!
