i have naturally black curly hair and asked for a brunette balyage and showed pictures of what i wanted it to look like. I ended up with streaky coppery blonde, sparse highlights. I was not consulted on what colour was being put into my hair, normally when i go to a hair salon, they let me pick it out so I can anticipate the final result. there were barely any foils put in, when I asked for more, I was told it was too late and that I would have to book another appointment.complete waste of mony

This was my first time visit. They are busy on Sunday, so better make an appointment before going.
Victoria is friendly and skillful. My haircut is all what I wanted.
