Sophia was absolutely amazing! My balayage turned out so natural and beautifully blended, exactly what I wanted. The cut and blowdry gave my hair so much movement and shine, and the Olaplex treatment left it feeling incredibly soft and healthy. She really listened to what I was after and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had so many compliments already — can’t wait to book again!

I booked a Full Head Balayage with Blowdry and Toner with Joanna and it was a very disappointing experience.
I clearly asked for a cool, ashy balayage and showed two reference photos, but the result was very warm with obvious orange/copper tones. When I raised this immediately, my concerns were dismissed and I was told this was what I had asked for, which was simply not true.
When I asked for it to be toned cooler, I was told I would be charged extra for additional toner.
