I’m not one to ever leave a negative review, but this was unfortunately one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Showed a reference picture of a shoulder length bob and left with a bizarre looking mullet with choppy layers. Have had to wear my hair up since the haircut, as it just looks terrible down.

Melissa was super friendly and did my hair exactly how I wanted it, and answered all my questions I had about going shorter. I would recommend her!
