I arrived at my appointment and they told me there wasn’t anyone available for my hair cut. Completely unacceptable and have been hearing loads of people had the same experience! Avoid this company at all costs

Honestly I think this was the best blow dry I have had for years! It was exactly what I wanted and lasted 5 days which is usually unheard of. She was very knowledgeable about products and a lovely lady.
