I came in for a balayage and a cut, and from the very start, Ismail was fantastic. He took his time during the consultation to really listen, understand what I wanted, and offered thoughtful suggestions on what would flatter my features best. I’d originally come in for highlights but he suggested balayage would work better with my naturally darker blonde hair. I’m so glad I listened!
The colour turned out beautifully. It was bright, natural, and perfectly blended.
