Went to GRO for a cut and blow dry. Orlando, my hairdresser, was very personable and explained everything clearly before and during cutting. Love my cut. 5/5.

Mark the hairdresser was amazing, he knew exactly what I wanted, was very friendly and I'm really happy with the finished look
Balayage
Alex was really friendly and did a great job on my highlights, they look really natural. Only downside was that they rough dried my hair when I wanted to let it dry naturally.
Hair Colouring
Very nice ambient and location - only a few seconds from Clapham North station.
Asked for a trim and the stylist did exactly that! A miracle! She was very nice and gave me good ideas for my hair as well.
Certainly returning.
