Although the venue and the staff were good, I leave the place very unhappy as my hair was not left as I asked. I went for a full head highlights to have more light in my face and I ended up with a darker hair colour. The stylist said she used a darker toner and that it would get lighter with washes. But this is not what you expect after paying 100 quid.

The hairdresser I had was wonderful and was very experienced. I see a slight change in my hair to leave it natural but not as drastically as I would have hoped. I do notice that when I style my hair it improves the longevity of the style and it looks shinier and healthier. I had hoped to be able to leave it natural a lot more and reduce the need for styling but it hasn’t done that for me.
