Loved Yonny he was amazing! Hair looks good - still deciding about the colour, but i do like it... My one negative was that the receptionist over charged me by £40 and it was only the next day when I thought to look at the receipt I saw this. Please make sure you double check your receipt! Otherwise, awesome salon - awesome stylist (Yonny!) truly great!

I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like - I have dark brown hair and wanted a couple shades lighter balayage. He ended up bleaching my hair without asking me if I was ok with that. Historically whenever I show salons the same picture they do the style without bleaching. It also turned out a lot more orangey I wanted because of the bleach. He left in for so long and was not attentive to it while he was waiting on another customer. Now I'm left with damaged hair with a color that I don't like. Later he charged me extra as well, but I wish he would have told me earlier. Very disappointed.
He also didn't layer my hair enough when I asked him several times that I wanted layers throughout.
