I booked a root tint with Tatiana during the non peak time hours which was meant to be £35 and I left the salon paying £112 from £127 which was reduced after making a complaint when being charged. I was charged £35 root tint +15 toner + £45 for a blow dry that I was not advised what the cost would be prior to getting it done as there was no way I would have paid that for a standard blow dry! Also the toner I was takes into having just to bump up the cost and I going to be charge £30 for which was then refused to £15 after complaining that I was told it would be £15. I walked out of there extremely upset and still am extremely disappointed and feel I completely ripped off!! Please be aware of the excess charges they add on for blow dry, toners abs treatments. I have been to the salon a few times previously and was not expecting this to happen. I guess I should have stuck with the same two Lalo and Yonny who I was happy with initially. Now I will not be returning!!
