Last minute they tried to reschedule me to the next day and when I asked for a refund they sent me to a corporate email. Still waiting. Terrible service.

I have previously had great experiences at live true but this time my hair didn’t come out well at all and when I called to try and get it rectified they dismissed me saying to email customer care who never got back to me. £180+ wasted.

horrible experience, they cancelled on me and didn't even try to call me on phone, email or SMS to let me know, nothing at all, didn't try to alert me and let me down big time.
