Paid £40 for last-min hair-up appointment. It took around 10-15 mins; no heat tools used & my hair was simply pinned up as it was. Result was so poor I went home & completely re-did it myself. I complained & provided photos but customer care refused a refund. Usual up-do price is £80 + an additional £54 for a blow-dry (apparently required?!) = £134 for a simple up-do. I asked for a loose curled bun. Very disappointing service & customer care. Would not book again!
