The salon is lovely and I enjoyed my experience. I love the lotus biscuits! It’s also great value for money. However, I would encourage the staff to gain more knowledge and understanding of ethnic/textured hair.

You always get a friendly welcome and Paula is brilliant. She really listens to what you want, does an excellent job and is the best for advice on products - I can't recommend her enough.
