Staff were not very friendly on arrival. Haircut is pretty bad. I’ve never seen a hairdresser so randomly cut hair and leave me with a random length in different parts

I could not have been treated better. Lovely head massage before my cut - was consulted well and the haircut looks great.

Very happy with colour and my hairdresser was lovely.
Could be more upfront with costs before the haircut, was a bit of a surprise to pay a lot extra on top of what I already paid in Treatwell
